Shipping Policy

At Matveybu.store, we want to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During high-demand seasons (such as holidays or sales promotions), processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Regions

Currently, we only provide shipping services to the continental United States.

  • ✅ Available: Mainland U.S. (48 states)

  • ❌ Not available: U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), U.S. islands (Hawaii, Alaska), and U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Orders placed with addresses outside of our delivery regions will unfortunately be canceled and refunded.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We offer two main shipping methods:

  1. Standard Shipping (Free):

    • Delivery Time: 5–10 business days

    • Shipping Fee: Free (all U.S. mainland orders)

Note: Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Always free within the continental U.S.

  • Express Shipping: Rates vary depending on order weight and destination (visible at checkout).

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or canceled.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Since we currently ship only within the United States, no customs fees or import duties will apply.
If we expand to international shipping in the future, please note:

  • Customers will be responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their local authorities.

  • Matveybu.store is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Free Shipping Policy

We are happy to provide Free Standard Shipping for all orders delivered to the continental United States.

  • No minimum purchase is required.

  • Promotional campaigns may include free express upgrades; please check our website banners or newsletter for updates.

Delays and Exceptions

  • Delivery times are based on business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekends or holidays.

  • Unexpected delays caused by couriers, extreme weather, or supply chain disruptions are outside our control.

  • In the rare event that your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at service@matveybu.store, and we will assist you.

Order Tracking

  • After shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days, please reach out to our support team.
